When you purchase an item from Electrical Wholesale Supplies the contract of sale occurs at the point when your card is charged and your goods are dispatched. We will *not* charge your card if the goods are not in stock or if for any reason we are unable to fulfil the order.
We offer a fast and efficient service which is easy to use. All you need do is choose your products and we'll take over. Delivering them to you is our responsibility. We are experienced in delivering quickly and efficiently to any address you choose in the UK (home or work).

If for any or no reason you would like to return your products to us, you the customer are responsable for the return postage to us, if the product is to be found faulty then all carriage charges will be refunded. please contact us for a returns number.

We accept the return of all other items, only if they returned within 7 days, we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
